Registration and Number of Participants: The program for 2011 is limited to a total of 35 participants, who will be drawn
roughly equally from Lithuania (through Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius), Belarus (through the European Humanities University operating in exile in Vilnius), France (through the University of Lyon), and North
America (through Bring Human Rights Home, Inc). Other applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Priority will be given to fully-paid registrants and those who have made a non-refundable deposit,
in that order, until all spaces are filled.
