Application and Registration Information

Eligibility: Registration is open to university and law students, human rights activists, academics, lawyers, and representatives from all professions promoting human rights.

2011 tuition is US$2450: This amount includes housing at a hotel in Vilnius (based on double occupancy for students), lunch on program days and special occasion meals. Detailed information will be provided to those who have registered.

Reserve Your Place Now: You can reserve a place with a US$250 deposit, with the balance due of US$2,200 by June 1.

Payment in full is due by June 1, 2011: Payments can be made by check or money order as indicated below. You may also pay by credit card online until June 1, 2011. 

Registration and Number of Participants: The program for 2011 is limited to a total of 35 participants, who will be drawn roughly equally from Lithuania (through Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius), Belarus (through the European Humanities University operating in exile in Vilnius), France (through the University of Lyon), and North America (through Bring Human Rights Home, Inc). Other applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Priority will be given to fully-paid registrants and those who have made a non-refundable deposit, in that order, until all spaces are filled.

The Two-Step Application Process

Step 1

Submit your application and registration form by email to registration@bringhumanrightshome.org. The registration form is linked here in a fillable pdf document. Note: You may encounter difficulties if you try to submit the form using a campus-based Internet connection (it will have an additional firewall). If so, either try to send it from a direct non-university Internet link, or save the completed form as a pdf file and attach it to an email addressed to: registration@bringhumanrightshome.org
